Derek Tice's Convictions Vacated!

Justice:Denied first reported in 2000 about Derek Tice's rape and murder conviction in Virginia. On November 27, 2006, Norfolk Circuit Court Judge Everett A. Martin Jr. vacated Tice's convictions. Judge Martin has ruled that Tice will remain in custody while the prosecution appeals his ruling. Read the Virginian-Pilot's article about the judge's decision. Read Judge Martin's decision.
